What are your New Zealand shipping rates? Plus

Orders to New Zealand are shipped using Australia Post and typically take 3-8 business days, depending on the location and shipping method.

Please note that while the contents of your cart are displayed in NZD, you will checkout in AUD using the exchange rate at the time of your purchase.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Right now, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. While we’re not delivering beyond these countries just yet, we're actively looking at ways to expand our shipping network. Join our mailing list to be the first to hear when we go global.

How long will my order take to arrive? Plus

The shipping process is completed in two steps. Firstly, our team picks and packs your order. This can take up to 48 hours from when your order is placed. Then, we hand your order over to one of our shipping carriers.

Typical delivery times are:

Domestic standard
2-6 business days

Domestic express
1-3 business days

New Zealand
3-8 business days

International
2 to 16 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that while we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we have no control over the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to a shipping carrier.

How do I track my order? Plus

When your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. This will provide you with real-time updates on the status and location of your package.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we have no control over the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to a shipping carrier.Β If you have a question about the delivery of your order once it has been dispatched, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? Plus

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 1 hour of placing it. While we will try our best to accommodate your request, please note that it may not always be possible (for example, if your order has already been picked or an item is out of stock).

If your order has been shipped, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of purchase once your order has been delivered. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Can I change my delivery address? Plus

If you would like to change your delivery address, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to have your parcel redirected to your preferred address.Β You can find details of the shipping carrier in your shipping confirmation email.

What is your return policy? Plus

If you decide an item isn't for you, you canΒ request a returnΒ within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date.

Return requests are valid onΒ full-priced items only. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Hygiene sticker attached
  • Hang tag attached
  • No odours (including perfumes)
  • No stains (including fake tan or make up)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in suitable condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.Β We encourage you to return your item via registered post soΒ it arrives back to us safe and sound. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us and we take no responsibility for missing incoming return deliveries. We aim to let you know the outcome of your return request within seven (7) working days of us receiving the item/s.

Sale items including items purchased with a discount code
All sale items are final and cannotΒ be returned, exchanged or refunded, including items purchase with a discount code. Duties, taxes and shipping charges cannot be refunded.Β Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

How long will my refund take? Plus

We endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible. It can take up to fourteen (14) days to process a refund, depending on your bank.

Please note that refunds are available onΒ full-priced items only. All sale items are final and cannotΒ be returned, exchanged or refunded, including items purchase with a discount code. Duties, taxes and shipping charges cannot be refunded.Β Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Do you offer exchanges? Plus

Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges. This is because we can’t guarantee that an item will be in stock once we receive your return.Β 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date. Click here to create a return.

My order is damaged / I received the wrong order Plus

While we do our best to give you the best experience, sometimes we make mistakes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. We’ll make it right with an exchange, store credit, or refund - whatever works best for you.

We’re working hard to make Rococo Swim as inclusive as possible. Our current size range is XS (8) to 1XL (18) and we’re actively exploring ways to expand it.

I'm in-between sizes. What size should I get? Plus

Swim Skirt
We recommend sizing down. The four-way stretch fabric and thick elastic waistband are designed to comfortably adapt to your shape. Swimwear fabric also naturally stretches over time.

Swim Tops
Start by measuring your bust and underbust. If they’re similar, go with your underbust size.
If your bust is much bigger than your underbust (2 sizes or more), choose your bust size instead. This will give you a better fit and the support you need.

What is Afterpay? Plus

Afterpay is a buy-now-pay-later service that splits your purchase into equal four (4) payments, payable every two (2) weeks.

To use Afterpay, simply add items to your cart and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time Afterpay customers will need toΒ create an account. Returning customers can simplyΒ log inΒ to make their purchase.

Afterpay charges no interest on your installment plans. If you make repayments on time, you'll only ever pay the price of the item you've purchased. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will direct debit payments on the due dates, as outlined on your payment schedule.

What is a swim skirt? Plus

A swim skirt is a style of swimwear that features a skirted bottom. Unlike coverups like sarongs or pareos, which are typically made from cotton and are designed to be worn out of the water, swim skirts are made from swimwear fabric and are designed to replace your traditional swimwear.

Do Rococo swim skirts have built-in bottoms? Plus

Yes! Our swim skirts have an in-built, full coverage brief for added convenience, comfort and security.

Are swim skirts flattering? Plus

Absolutely! Whether you're pear, apple, hourglass, or somewhere in between, Rococo swim skirts are designed to flatter. The high-waistband highlights your curves, while the overlap skirt creates a smooth, feminine silhouette.

Will my swim skirt float up in the water? Plus

Our swim skirts are made with lightweight fabric, so they will not excessively float up in the water. Like all swimwear, they may experience some light movement (depending on your activity or water conditions), but this will be minimal and you're unlikely to notice.

Will my swim skirt take a long time to dry? Plus

Not at all! All our swimwear is made with water resistant, quick dry-fabric so that you can effortlessly transition from the water to other activities.

Do swim tops offer bust support? Plus

Yes! Our swim tops are designed with bust support in mind. They feature a thick elasticised band at the underbust and removable cups to effortlessly support all bust sizes.

Can I order a different size skirt and top? Plus

Absolutely. We know every body is different, so all Rococo Swim pieces are sold separately, allowing you to mix and match sizes for your perfect fit.

Can I mix & match my swimwear? Plus

Of course! All our items is sold individually, so you can mix and match your swimwear and create a wardrobe as unique as you are. Click here to view our mix and match guide.

How do I care for my swimwear? Plus

We believe swimwear should last for seasons, not just a summer.

While we design pieces to stand the test of time, the way you care for your swimwear makes all the difference. After wearing your swimwear please make sure that you:

  • Rinse your swimwear thoroughly with cold water after each use
  • Hand wash your swimwear separately in cold water
  • If you choose to use soap, use one that is mild and fragrance-free
  • Dry your swimwear on a flat surface in the shade
  • Do not iron, soak, dry clean or tumble dry your swimwear
  • Do not roll up your swimwear when wet
  • Avoid contact with suntan lotions and oils
  • Avoid rough surfaces and jewellery that can snag your swimwear

Rococo Swim is proudly designed in Melbourne, Australia. We then partner with a trusted manufacturing team in China to bring our designs to life.

We have a strong, collaborative relationship with our manufacturing partner, who is committed to ethical workplace practices. Their factory is audited annually by both BSCI and SMETA. In addition to regular quality checks, our dedicated quality control team also conducts ongoing ethical sourcing audits to ensure every piece is made with care from start to finish.
