Shipping policy
The delivery of your order isΒ completed inΒ two steps: order processing and shipping.
Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days of being placed. Once your order has been processed, we hand it over to one of our shipping carriers who will deliver it between 2 - 16 business days depending on if you've chosen standard or express shipping and your location.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. This will provide you with real-time updates on the status and location of your package.
Please note that in the event of a large online promotion we can experience an increased influx of orders in a short amount of time. As such, order processing and shipping can take slightly longer than usual. We kindly ask that you are patient with us during this time as we do everything we can to get your order out to you ASAP. If your order does not arrive within thirty (30) business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up.
Orders may require a signature upon delivery. In some instances, someone else (such as a family member or colleague) may sign on your behalf. Alternatively, a notice will be left notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. In some instances you may also authorise your delivery to be left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). Please understand that we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
Change of delivery address
If you would like to change your delivery address, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to have your parcel redirected to your preferred address.Β You can find details of the shipping carrier in your shipping confirmation email.
International orders
International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Rococo Swim has no control over processing times or duty rates charged by Customs in each country. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier. Please note, tax and duties are non refundable upon return of an order.
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us at customerlove@rococoswim.com so we can assess the damage and work out a solution for you. We may ask you to provide a photograph of your item(s) and /or delivery package and further information to help us work out a solution for you ASAP.
