Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase.

If you decide an item isn't for you, please complete our Create A Return Form with your order confirmation number, email address, and reason for returning or exchanging your item(s) within thirty (30) days of of the initial purchase date.

When initiating a return, you can choose from the following options:

  • Store Credit – Return your item and receive store credit for the full value of the returned item.
  • Exchange – Return your item and exchange it for a different item of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).
  • Refund – Return your item and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Hygiene sticker attached
  • Hang tag attached
  • No odours (including perfumes)
  • No stains (including fake tan or makeup)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that are not in suitable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We encourage you to return your item via registered post so it arrives back to us safely. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us, and we take no responsibility for missing incoming return deliveries. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We aim to let you know the outcome of your return or exchange request within three (3) working days of us receiving the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rococoswim.com. 

Sale Items and Items Purchased with a Discount Code
Please note that all sale items, including those purchased with a discount code, are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. We also cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
While we endeavour to provide an exceptional experience, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will happily send you a replacement item or offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Under Australian Consumer Law, we require satisfactory proof (such as photos or other relevant information) that your item was faulty or incorrect before sending a replacement. Please note that items damaged through misuse or incorrect washing practices will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or repair.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
