Before getting started, we recommend reviewing our Returns Policy for full details on eligibility and timeframes. To start your return, simply follow the steps below:

1. Check Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and the hygiene sticker attached
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear

2. Submit a Return Request
Fill out the form below to begin your return. You'll need to provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

3. Send It Back
Once your return request is received, a member of our Customer Care team will email you the return shipping address. Simply place the items you’re returning into a mailer bag and send them to the address provided.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether it has been approved. We aim to process all returns within three (3) business days of receiving the item. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
